Gmail integration

Milestone 6 supports read access plus controlled sending of explicitly approved emails.

Existing Milestone 3–5 Gmail connections must be reauthorized to grant the Gmail send scope. Greatness never sends merely because a recommendation was generated or approved; a separate execution confirmation is required.
